Borrowing for ETH (first pair) against $ETF @ 10% LTV, will be live on 23rd Mar, 2024.
Users can start borrowing ETH/ $ATOR/ $VEC/ $BRETT & other token treasury balances, against $ETF, starting Mar 23. 2024 on our Dapp.
How borrowing & supplying works
Users lend the protocol $ETF (earning an APY), to borrow out other tokens (paying an APR). The protocol keeps the APY/ APR spread as profits to increase treasury size.
Because $ETF is a highly volatile asset, borrowing LTV ratio’s have been purposefully set low. Slowly, as time goes on — we’ll start increasing user borrower % amounts.
Borrowable tokens
Currently our treasury holds $50,000 of $ATOR. This alongside any other treasury token holdings, will be available for borrowing from holders shortly.
